Dhoni never complained about his knee problem: Kasi

Kasi Viswanathan, CEO of Chennai Super Kings, has revealed that despite visible struggles with his knee during the IPL, MS Dhoni never complained to anyone about it. According to Kasi, “We never asked him if he wanted to play or sit out. If he didn’t want to play, he would have told us himself.” Despite knowing that playing was a struggle for Dhoni, the team never forced him to sit out. Kasi added, “Although everyone knew about it and must have seen him struggling while running, we trusted his judgment and decision-making abilities.”
It is a testament to Dhoni’s dedication and commitment to the game that he continued to play despite his knee troubles. His leadership and experience were invaluable to the team, and his presence on the field was a source of inspiration for his teammates.
Dhoni’s professionalism and determination to play through the pain are admirable qualities that have earned him the respect and admiration of fans and fellow players alike. The Chennai Super Kings were fortunate to have him as their captain, and his contributions to the team will be remembered for years to come.
