Emraan Hashmi will be seen as Pandit Deendayal

Filmmakers are taking a lot of interest in biopics these days. Several biopics like Maidan, Major, Gangubai Kathiawadi, and Shabaash Mithu are lined up for release in the coming days. The biopic of the popular politician Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, who is now the President of Bharatiya Jana Sangh, is also going to be included in the biopic films. According to sources, actor Emraan Hashmi will play the title character in Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay’s biopic. Apart from this, actress Dipika Chikhlia, who played Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s serial Ramayana, is also in an important role in the film.

Both shooting and dubbing of this movie have been completed. Currently, the makers are working on the plans for the release date of the film. Official updates related to this film from the makers will start coming from December. Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay was an important RSS leader and social worker as well as a litterateur. There was a wave of mourning across the country after his body was found in the Mughalsarai Railway Yard in February 1968. Talking about Imran, he has also worked in the 2016 film Azhar, the biopic of former Indian cricket team captain Mohammad Azharuddin.
